By accessing or using CardLion ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CardLion. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Marketplace Rules

4.1 Listing Items

When listing items on CardLion, you agree to:

• Only list authentic trading cards that you own
• Provide accurate descriptions and images
• Set fair and reasonable prices
• Ship items promptly upon sale
• Not engage in price manipulation or fraudulent listings

4.2 Purchasing Items

When purchasing items on CardLion, you agree to:

• Pay for items promptly
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Report any issues within the specified timeframe
• Not abuse the buyer protection program

5. Fees and Payments

CardLion charges a commission on successful sales. Current fee structure:

• Standard listings: 10% commission on sale price
• Premium listings: Additional fees may apply
• Payment processing fees may be passed to sellers

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Use automated systems to interact with the Platform
• Circumvent fees or payment systems
• Sell counterfeit or stolen items

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CardLion, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CardLion or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our express written permission.

8. User Content

By posting content on CardLion, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating the Platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of CardLion is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. If unable to resolve, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Singapore, except where prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

CardLion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardLion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to the Platform but certain provisions of these Terms survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
